About Monike Lighting
Monike Lighting is a design-driven decorative lighting manufacturer founded in 2005 in Guzhen, Zhongshan — the lighting capital of China. We develop and manufacture a full range of fixtures — chandeliers, pendants, ceiling lights, wall lamps, floor lamps and table lamps — for restaurants, hospitality and refined living spaces worldwide.
With a complete in-house production chain covering R&D, mold development, manufacturing and finished-goods packaging, we give OEM and ODM customers full control over custom sizes, surface finishes and branding — from a reference image to a container of certified, market-ready product.

Precision Manufacturing
CNC machining, laser cutting and stamping — every metal component is produced on automated lines with tolerances under 0.1 mm, ensuring consistent fit across large-batch orders.

Surface Treatment & Finishing
A dedicated electroplating and powder-coating workshop handles over 200 color options. Salt-spray tested to 48+ hours, every finish is built to resist humidity in hotel and hospitality environments.

Aging Test & QC Inspection
Every fixture runs a 24-hour aging burn-in test. IQC, IPQC and FQC checkpoints cover over 15 criteria — from solder joints to lumen output — with a target defect rate below 0.3 %.

Assembly & Wiring
Trained technicians hand-assemble each fixture on a 12-station line — pre-wired, earthed and insulated to CE / UL standards before it leaves the bench.

Protective Packaging
Inner foam, corner guards and double-wall cartons designed for long-haul container shipping. Drop-test validated packaging keeps breakage rate under 0.5 % across ocean freight.
