What is the typical order process?
Our standard workflow follows five steps: inquiry and quotation (within 24 hours), sample development and approval, order confirmation with a pro-forma invoice, production with in-line quality inspections, and pre-shipment final inspection before dispatch. A dedicated project coordinator is assigned to every order.
How long are sampling and production lead times?
Pre-production samples are delivered within 7–15 business days. Bulk orders typically require 25–35 days after sample approval, depending on quantity, finish complexity and seasonal demand. All lead times are confirmed at order placement and tracked through our project management system.
Can you customize designs for OEM and ODM projects?
Yes. We offer full OEM and ODM capabilities, including custom dimensions, finishes, materials and packaging. Our in-house engineering team works from your sketches, reference images or technical drawings. Tooling for completely new designs generally takes 10–20 days, and all intellectual property remains with the buyer.
What files do you need for a quotation?
A reference photo, sketch or specification sheet is sufficient to begin. Including target dimensions, preferred materials, finish requirements and estimated order quantity helps us return an accurate quotation within one business day.
Which certifications do your products carry?
All products are CE, RoHS and SAA certified as standard. We also hold GPSR compliance documentation with an authorized EU representative on file. Additional certifications such as UL, ETL or regional standards can be arranged upon request. Full test reports and declarations of conformity ship with every order.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
We accept T/T (30 % deposit, 70 % before shipment), L/C at sight, and Trade Assurance on Alibaba. Shipments are available FOB Zhongshan or CIF to your destination port. We work with major freight forwarders and can also coordinate door-to-door delivery via sea, air or rail.
How do you ensure product quality and consistency?
Every fixture undergoes a 24-hour aging burn-in test and passes through IQC, IPQC and FQC checkpoints covering over 15 criteria — from solder joints and lumen output to finish adhesion. Our target defect rate is below 0.3 %. For repeat orders, we maintain retained samples and color-matched finish references to guarantee batch-to-batch consistency.
Do you support mixed-container and trial orders?
Yes. Different models, finishes and categories can be combined in a single container, which is ideal for importers and distributors testing new collections. Trial quantities start as low as 20 pieces per model for standard designs, allowing you to validate market demand before committing to larger volumes.
